February 26, 2024: Who’s Running Me?

"Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans."
- Allen Saunders

Is your life running you or are you running it? Sweating the small stuff will kill you! And remember, IT’S ALL SMALL STUFF! Too many of our young people are having strokes and heart attacks due to anxiety, poor diets, lack of exercise and what motivational speakers Zig Ziglar called “stinkin thinkin.” Everything we have to do should not carry the same weight. Some things truly are more important than others. If we can take the time and thought to identify what is truly important from what is not and focus our efforts on those important things that we can do something about, our lives will be far more content and more stress-free. Remember, you can’t do something about something you can’t do anything about. Change what is changeable, and just accept the rest. In the grand scheme of life, IT IS ALL SMALL STUFF!
