May 30, 2024: No Sweet Spot

"Resolve to be a master of change rather than a victim of change.”

- Brian Tracy

No use looking for that 'sweet spot' in life where you reach equilibrium with the world and nothing bothers you anymore. If there is one thing I've learned about life in my fourscore plus years, it's this; you will not ever get to the point where the fluidity of life will congeal so that you don't have to change. Change is the story of life. Either you will be changing, or those around you will be changing so that you have to continually adjust and adapt as your surroundings ebb and flow to life's beautiful rhythm. Life is always going to sing it's song. So you might as well stop fighting the changes and join the chorus that is life. Repeat after me, "Change is good and healthy for me. "Again,"Change is good and healthy for me." Last time, "Change is good and healthy for me." Okay, I think you've got it now!
